Key West Diving

I recently was in Key West for my wife`s birthday and had the opportunity to go diving. Went out with Southpoint Divers (whom I would recommend) to a couple of reef sites called Rock Key and eastern dryrocks. On the first dive site at Rock Key we saw some Giant Barracuda, a five foot reef shark named Rocky as well as some parrotfish, yellowfin snapper and a very big green moray eel. Ginnie Springs

For my certification dives back in Septembter, I went down to Ginnie Springs in North Florida. The springs are located along the Santa Fe river near Gainsville. As a lifelong Seminoles fan I was definetly behind the enemy lines. It was amazing how crystal clear the water in the springs were. The last dive we did on the trip was a dive down to the bottom of the spring which is inside a cave.
