I was told to check out the website, www.divepoll.com . It’s a website that talks about cdnn.info and how the articles on that site are either stolen or not trustworthy. I know that has been a situation we have dealt with on this site in the past. Has anyone else been to the site? What do you think about the site? Is the information valid? More importantly what do you think about it? As always I love to hear the feedback from this site’s membership. I look forward to hearing your views.

Indiana - 1/09/2009 6:48 PM I have read some of cdnn articles.The information did seem to come from other sources.Also they did seem a little negative.But they do supply information that I might not see.So I just take the info I want and leave the negative behind

However, I have read cdnn and I found that their articles are (or were) mostly clips of stories published on other sources, but with their own "lopsided" twist added. I stopped reading cdnn because I felt that they are/were very biased in their reporting practices. Additionally, I observed that they did not hesitate to endulge in verbally "bashing" individuals and agencies within the diving community who do not happen to agree with their own particular perspective. I have not visited cdnn website for over a year. Have they changed since then...? I hope so.
