Since the beginning of time, not one human has ever called the single global ocean home and gone to live there permanently. And yet on the crowded and vastly smaller land areas, we are fighting and dying over tiny slivers of mostly worthless and depleted land.
That is the general idea. It is long past time. We have had the technology for decades. And finally a few of us are packing up to leave.
