Hi Divers, I just won a SPARE Air 3.0 cubic foot package worth almost $300.00 in the monthly contest conducted by Submersible Systems, Inc. in Huntington Beach, CA. These units provide emergency air, are very portable, and can be used for many marine situations. Diving, boating, flying, and surfing are the few I can think of off the top of my head. However, they only have 3.0 cubic feet of air, so they must be used under appropriate conditions. Deep diving, in my opinion, is not one of them. I was surprised to find that only about 40 entries per month are received for this monthly contest, so I want to get the word out to all you Dive Buddy divers to sign up via www.spareair.com, and enter every month.
