It all started with an 8 hour drive to Charleston, SC. The first couple of dives were open water on Friday (28 Sep 07) because Capt Tom cancelled the river dive. He had some earlier cancellations which left just me on the boat. He only needed one more person to go for insurance reasons but his regular divers were out of town. Ft. Lauderdale Lobster Diving Vacation 2007 This summer I decided to take a week long vacation down to Ft. Lauderdale, FL at the start of lobster season. Two days prior to the opening of the season I packed all my bags and scuba gear (tanks and all) in the car and headed south 9 hours. When I arrived at Ft.
