Try Scuba Experience
Mike M., Joel and myself conducted a Try Scuba Experience for 25 Boy Scouts at the Massillon Perry pool on Saturday. Complicating matters was the open swim going on when we first got there, and then the birthday party that began about half way through. Fortunately, the lifeguards on duty were some of my boys swim team members at Perry HS and they kept the crowd pretty well under control, and two of my former Open Water students were helping to run the birthday party, so that worked out well. Extemely Enjoyable Class
We just finished the classroom and pool part of our first Open Water Class of the 2009 year. The three students in the class made it a joy to conduct. Not only were they prepared for the classroom work, they were funny and enthusiastic. They should be a hoot when we go on our Open Water Skills Review dives.
