Pelican Rock is a boat accessible salt water dive site, located in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. This dive site has an average rating of 4.08 out of 5 from 24 scuba divers. The maximum depth is 101-110ft/31-34m. The average visibility is 51-60ft/16-18m.

A calm protected site teeming with a wide variety of Tropicals and Invertebrates. This is also where some of the Sandfalls (Rivers of Sand) are located. The Sandfalls look like waterfalls but are composed entirely of sand. Pelican Rock is a must for all underwater photographers and videographers! (25 to 100 feet)

DerekR - 3/07/2018 1:47 PM Rating Added: 3 This site is as bad as often as it is good, and there are often a ton of snorkelers and beginner divers in the area. The sand falls are nice, when they are running. Vis can go bad very quickly, and the cold currents make at least a 7mm full suit a must during these times.

xswalden1 - 7/30/2015 10:10 AM Rating Added: 5 Large variety of fish to see in the protected area near the rocks. Bottom as 40’ sand but at submarine cliff DM took me down to 60’ see Whitetip reef sharks that hang out under an overhang area. They were not there that morning.
