Spring 2008 we spent a week in Ambergris Caye, Belize. The reef is spectacular - unfortunately I never could get to the Blue Hole because of the roughness of the water. Visibility was good, but I was told by others who had been there before that it was not up to standard. Dove with "Amigos Del Mar" and have no complaints. There are things for non-divers to do, sort of, but most involve a long boat ride.
