Had one swim thru. Saw a few lobsters. Was my first dive outside of Michigan.

Where did you dive specifically as I was on a Liveaboard and with bad weather spent days along 7 mile beach, and saw nothing but sand and fish, just curious as I have no intent to return unless you know of other places, Brac is cool and Little Caymen but Grand is not so unless you know a different place.

There are a TON of sites all along the 6+ miles of Seven Mile Beach, so you’d need to be a little more specific. Bad weather is always a pain, but can’t be controlled, and probably had the biggest impact upon your enjoyment. Also keep in mind that Seven Mile is the highest populated and heavily dived section of the island, but that’s because it has a lot of really cool sites. Marty’s Wall, The USS Kittiwake, the Doc Poulson, Le Mesa...I could go on and on! On the other hand, if you never go back, that’s just more water for me - and I WILL be back!

Do not go along 7 mile beach, too many boats and no marine life

Spent 9 Days on this Amazing Island cant say enough for the people and places, didn’t get to do as many things as would have liked but still was Amazing. Devils Grotto and Eden Rock are definite on the list of must dives. Stingray city was truly awesome. Plenty of Wrecks and if your lucky enough to go during Pirates week you will Truly be impressed with a great time. I LOVE GRAND CAYMAN .

This is the best dive I have ever had. The reef just went down into the blue abyss. I was truly mesmerizing. I had to grab Maria’s fin to keep her from going any deeper.

Dove here in 1998. Nice 100’ wall dive. Expensive island. Even got to go to Hell and back.
