The Place of Refuge is a ’must-do’ site. The drive to get there is wonderful, the entry is easy, and the diving is great. Turtles abound! (Ditto on the turtles, we saw a few while we were there, LA) Also called "2 Step" in Kona shore dive guides. Swim straight out from entry and dive when you find "ALOHA" spelled with cinder blocks on the bottom.
