His tank is not too low... his BC is too large for him and riding loose...

He can’t complete his highly secretive special ops mission because he just left an obvious sign above by stirring up sand and silt, and is leaving bubble trails, and this guy is obviously a spec ops diver because he is fearless even though all of his gear is failing, lol on the inside right now...

I have my doubts that this is an actual novice diver. More than likely it’s a demonstration photo of how NOT to dive. Either way, pretty scary.

I also noticed both air supplies are on the same side of his body primary is kinda dangling there off the same hose he is sucking off of.

he’s trying to walk on bottom instead of floating horizontally which is more than likely a sign of overweighting.

Ahhhhhh Not really sure I would call what he is doing "scuba diving"?!?!?! However, gotta agree with Scuba-Smurf - does look like a slow start out of the blocks!
