da^ poachers thats all that is and yes the pic of the de-armed human is a reasonable punishment. i mean fishing and hunting is one thing but that there looks like poaching

I saw an article in one of the dive mags or online that some of the fishing nations were banning finning or demanding that the fishermen also harvest the rest of the shark meat. I will not eat at any seafood restaurant that advertises shark fin dishes. None around my city do, but if so I would tell them why I won’t eat there.

The image of the guy d-armed seems to be an appropriate punishment.
