I’ve camped there a couple times, but really haven’t thought about diving it. Figure it would be easier to skin dive or snorkel there.

We wanted bottom time to see what was in there. We barely scratched the surface of the hundred years of silt in there. I want to get back up there with a few guys and some metal detectors and really go at it and see what can be found. I’ve loved this place since I was a little kid.

We just found a bunch of junk, but interesting junk. Whole fishing rod, bottles, US Naval Flair, and the best was a 4 quart saucepan. Laughing under water. :-)
