On ScubaDiving.com’s D2D whenever anyone asked about suggestions for warm exotic location someone always suggested Mt. Storm :)

Warm? Yes. Exotic? That depends on whether you consider WVa exotic.

If you go there, both Canaan valley and Blackwater Falls are nearby and worth checking out.
