This is an exciting part of the movie in Lethal Weapon 1 where a helicopter rises out from behind the cliff and a sniper kills one of the characters whom is involved in a drug business. Mel Brooks runs out of the building and shoot at the helicopter. Its a very place on that cliff. Not sure how long before it becomes apart of the beautiful reefs just below it.
