I thought so. After our last dive there, we walked out to the end of the public access and watched them all fighting for the warm rocks. A couple pairs of divers surfaced and all the seals had to go investigate. Then the divers had to surface swim all the back in. Yuk. Next visit, we’ll be sure to swim out further before starting the dive.
