Yeah I went there for my first dive on my own. There wasn’t much to see but it was still great to get in the water. Do you know of any good spots in Connecticut or close to it? I have also gone in Lake Quonnopaug in Guilford. That’s a nice shallow dive. There was great vegetation and a lot of fish to see. Are you interested in doing any local dives?

I don’t know of any good spots here in CT other than Brownstone. I want to try local dives here in CT. New England Dive Center in Wallingford is sponsoring a dive on Jun. 26 and Aug. 30 in Fort Wetherill State Park Jamestown, RI if you want to join. I will be available most weekends this July to September for diving. Just let me know.

Sounds good. Scuba Shack has Friday dives in Stonington and Saturday dives I think in RI as well. They post them on their website. I heard Candlewood lake and Crystal lake are decent. I’d love to dive at Brownstone. Can you go next weekend?
