I had a very similar kind of funk on my ring finger after diving for a few days last summer in Key Largo. The itchy little blisters kept recurring, spreading, and it took MONTHS to get it under control. That was a year ago and still they occasionally flare up if agitated. :/

Fluocinonide seems to help in topical application. Other non-steroidal creams made the condition worse.

It’s crazy right?! I finally ended up digging each little BLACK DOT out with a sharp needle. That seems to help!
