My name is Renee Wilson. My dad was in the Navy my entire life so we moved around about every 3 years or so. When i was 9 my dad decided to get my mom, brother, and me all certified in SCUBA diving. I LOVE the ocean and anything to do with it. Im on my way to becoming a dive instructor but need to get more dives first. My dad was transfered to Florida about 8 years ago but moved us here so we could take care of my grandparents. He traveled back and forth from here to Florida to work. 2 years after we moved here my dad retiered as cheif. So i am stuck here (of all places) and need a dive partner. My mom is to scared to go without my dad, my dad is to busy with him and my moms construction business, and my brother has work, a wife, and 2 kids to worry about. Im trying my best to get started but when i have no one to go with it kinda puts everything on hold. Im a very laid back, go with the flow kind of person. If you would like to know anything else, anything at all...just ask :)

scubaman - 3/10/2011 5:35 AM Our dive club from San Antonio, Texas is going to Key Largo, we leave around 2PM tomorrow from SA and will meet up on Monday at Ocean Divers Dive Shop and will take our first 2-tank dive At 1PM. We will be in Florida from the 14th through the 18th, finishing up with a manatee dive Friday at Bird’s Dive Center in Crystal River, FL. scubaman - 3/09/2011 4:30 PM Hi Rene, My 1st 2-dives after getting certified was in Cozumel . We went to the Santa Rosa Wall on the 1st Tank and then Paridise Reef. Since making that dive I have read that those two places are the best that cozumel has to offer and I think I agree....... What a way to spend a honeymoon.........Have fun and be safe! Dudley

SaintsReturn - 9/23/2010 12:50 PM My gear is back and ready to go. If your still looking for a buddy in the North Fl area, let me know. I am trying to get my dives up and will be going to Vortex/Morrison every other weekend or so and hopefully oceans more here soon. I live near destin but will go throughout North Fl on fris and sats.
