My name is Eric Franks and I am now working with Ocean Reef focusing on marketing and advertisement. I have been involved in the diving industry for most of my life and have been enjoying every minute of it. I recently returned to San Diego after working as a commercial diver in the GOM to finish school. It is very difficult to continue education while working out there. Just really looking to meet some new people and get back in the water!

I graduated from National Polytechnic Institute of Science in 2008, with studies in Commercial Dive Operations with a major in Advanced Dive Medicine. My father is a SCUBA Instructor Trainer and former Regional Training Director and owned a large dive shop and school in Florida. I was involved in all of the day-to-day operations from a young age and attended every class during the training of hundreds of students and instructors. I have extensive experience underwater with over 400 dives, along with retail sales and administrative work. I hold certifications in Rescue Diver, Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Night Specialty, and Deep Specialty and was the youngest Rescue Diver in the United States. I am presently qualified to take the NASE Dive master test as well.

I have had the privilege of extending my abilities into the Commercial Diving Arena at the Institute, along with EMT, DMT Advanced Dive Medicine, Welding and Hyperbaric Chamber Certification. I also hold both Forklift and Rigging certifications. I have extensive experience in computer design and operation, Graphic Design, Video Production, as well as in merchandising and Retail Management in both the diving and paintball industries.[w:lsdexception locked="fals

When you have a second, add your certification level, number of dives, etc. If you have any questions or comments, ask myself, Greg or any of our moderators. Thanks for joining and take care..
