Hey there! I’m in Indianapolis and mostly looking for buddies to dive with somewhat locally (drivable for a weekend or extended weekend trip).

I learned to dive in MN with my dad and was a part of an active scuba club in college (in IN). Got in ∼250 dives (fairly even mix of lake, quarry, and FL keys) by the time I graduated, but then took a 10 year break (no club or dad/buddy, and my partner doesn’t dive). In 2019 I started diving again with a friend group at Gilboa and White Star 1-2 weekends a year. Finally finished my rig in 2023 and been ramping up the dives (quarries and FL).

I only dive wet (comfortable down to ~45F), mostly single tank back-mount air (trying HP120s recently), and typically use a conventional mask and reg, but I have a guardian FFM I’ve been playing with. Hope to try dry in the next year or two, and practice some form of redundancy (use my AL40 slung, or possibly doubles). Interested in training up to shallower / rec wrecks I think.
