This photo was taken from within the park, no diving here and that one dark spot on the left in the surf is a turtle, this is a protected beach so no entry here. The reason this place is called a place of refuge is if you offended the king, looked at his wife, stepped on his land you were marked for death and you could swim here and ask for forgiveness.
