For those of you who don’t know - Dick Rutkowski wrote the original NOAA I and NOAA II Nitrox Tables as well as the NOAA Trimix Tables. To the left of that DiveBuddy Sticker is a framed plate brought up from the Andria Doria by Capt Billy Deans. When I say drop in and have a beer with a living legend - I’m absoultely serious! If you make it to Key Largo then dive with Dan, Troy, Bob and Dre at Horizon Divers. When it comes time for dinner go across the canal and have beer with HyperDick Rutkowski. He’s an incredible personality to meet with. Much like having beer with pirates - keep your women and your wallet close. :)
