Hello! My name is Denise and I am 50 years old. I have been a PADI Open Water Diver since I was 30. I love anything to do with the water, have since I was old enough to walk. Born and raised Florida native of Tampa. I divorced my dive buddy in 1999 and new boyfriend does not dive. Not out here for hook ups....strictly diving. Diving has a way of cleansing the mind and healing the soul.
My experience with diving is as follows: Fresh water, Florida caverns, Springs, Sink Holes, Gulf Waters, Live Aboards, Florida’s Southeast Coast (Jupiter, West Palm, Ft. Lauderdale) Florida Keys (Marathon, Looe Key, Summerland Key) Dry Tortugas, and the Cayman Islands. I DO dive for lobster, but do not spearfish. The maximum depth I have dove to was 114 ft. I actually have MORE dives than logged (I think we’re all guilty of that) mainly because I never logged any lobster dives. In and out of the boat too much and in often times shallow water, but DID keep track of my computer and SIT time.
I am married, but not sure for how much longer. Husband does NOT care if I go diving nor does he care who with, as long as cable bill is paid and beer in the fridge. HELP!!!
