Greg its pretty much the same as open water, i think the underwater swim was 25m and the free swim was 200m and mask ,fins and snorkle was the same 200m we had to bring a five pound wait from the bottom of the deep end with just mask,fins snorkle and open water skills and then tried diver tow, the written was a mix of padi,ssi,naui

Went and did my swim & skills test for the Tenn Aquarium in Chattanooga and got my Divemaster number, Just wish it was warm enough to go dive her in Tenn
