Before 2014 I was terrified of the ocean and those large caudal finned fish with the sharp teeth that they like to portray as terrifying beasts in movies. But then I took a discover scuba class and have been in love with the underwater world since. I received my OW in Oct. 2014, and advanced OW a few months later, started diving in the cold waters of Monterey Bay, CA, and took my first live aboard dive trip May 2015 in Belize. Currently I have about 70 dives logged. Can I just say that "I’m hooked!"

Waiting for my dry suit to ship out so I can stop freezing and really enjoy the Monterey sea life more.

I’m looking for anyone that’s interested in going either shore diving or an occasional boat dive in Monterey, Carmel, Channel Islands or even taking a drive down to San Diego over a long weekend.

I’m single and very flexible on the weekends. I’m also not opposed to other activities outside of diving, I recently got introduced to geo caching and love exploring the land for that too.
